Execution of the Agreement
Your order represents an offer to execute a Purchase Agreement. When you make an order or add to cart the item you intend to purchase, chosen your preferred payment method, proceeded to the checkout and completed the checkout process, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order and explain all relevant details (Order Confirmation). Your Order Confirmation does not represent acceptance of the Agreement. Instead, it confirms receipt of your order.
It becomes a Purchase Agreement only when we dispatch the product to you and inform you either by email or by phone of the dispatch of your ordered product. Before your order is confirmed, you may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time.
Pricing
All prices on cocopure.co.ke website are shown in Kenya Shillings (KShs)
Please Note:
1. Shipping costs will be added to these prices. Shipping costs information is displayed on our website and can be checked at the time of ordering. Prices at the time of order are correct, errors and omissions excepted. At the moment, we use Wells Fargo Courier rates from their Malindi offices.
2. Depending on your country, you might be subject to import duties and or taxes imposed by your country. These costs are your expense and will be required to pay to the courier company on the delivery of the shipment.
Payments
Payments for all orders and purchases on the site are considered complete when made in full. Orders for which payments are yet to be completed shall not be processed. At the moment, we accept payments through MPESA only.
Before you complete your order, you will be required to select MPESA menu from your phone and send the Total amount to out Till Number indicated during checkout, then enter the MPESA code received in the space provided.
With time we shall add other payment options.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us, our affiliates, officers, directors, agents and/or employees free from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions of sale.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Kenya. Each party hereby agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts and to waive any objections based upon venue.
Arbitration
Any questions in dispute, controversies, or differences arising out of the implementation, interpretation, performance of these Terms and Conditions, shall be finally settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator to be appointed in accordance with the rules of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The arbitration shall take place in Nairobi and every award made under this Clause shall be subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration Act (No. 4 of 1995). To the extent permissible by law the determination of the Arbitrator shall be final. Notwithstanding the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through competent courts.
We reserve the right to transfer, assign or sub-contract the benefit of the whole or part of any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions of Sale to any third party.

If you have any complaints with respect to the infringement of your copyright, kindly write to the following address: sales@cocopure.co.ke
Where you believe that your intellectual property has been infringed upon on our website, please notify us by email it to (insert physical address and email address for copyright complaints). We expeditiously respond to all concerns regarding copyright infringements.
We request that you provide the following information along with your complaint:
• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyrighted work for the purposes of the complaint.
• A proper description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• A description of the location of the infringing material on our Website.
• The address, telephone number or e-mail address of the complaining party.
