Moringa Pancakes
What better way to kick-start your day than with a beautiful, super-charged stack of pancakes! With just a few wholesome ingredients, including our mighty moringa, not only are these simple to make but they’re full of goodness.
Makes 8 small pancakes
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbsp COCOPURE Moringa Powder.
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup nut milk or milk of your choice (add more if needed)
1 tbsp melted COCOPURE Virgin Coconut oil
1 banana, mashed
2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp natural sweetener of choice/ sugar.
METHOD:
- Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Add the oil, banana, milk and sweetener to the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- In a frying pan over medium heat, fry the small pancakes in a little coconut oil until lightly golden on both sides.
- Serve pancakes with raw chocolate sauce/nut butter, fresh berries and chopped fruit.
